Best rental experience ever.

I have lived at this complex two different times totaling 3 years. I have never had a better experience. The leasing is streamlined and easy. The staff is patient and gracious. The maintenance is exceptional. The move out process is extremely fair. The property is very well maintained. Snow removal is fast. The amenities are awesome. I hope life presents another opportunity for me to live at this amazing place again one day.

Best in West Des Moines!

Broadmoor is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in.
Maintenace is always super quick and friendly. The events like the Christmas party really made getting to know other people a lot easier! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a well-managed and fun community in WDM!

An awesome place to live! Amenities are great, office staff are quick to resolve issues and super nice! Maintenance staff quickly respond. They have fun activities for the residents. Very close in proximity to about anything you would need!

Best apartment in Des Moines by far

Broadmoor is easily the best complex in Des Moines. Events nearly once a month, free tickets to cubs and Iowa Wild games, maintenance shows up same-day to repair.

Best place to live!

I lived here for a little over a year, and absolutely hated having to move. Moved only because of husband’s job. I had the best neighbors, everyone is super friendly. Office staff are all extremely helpful. Specially Jordan, she literally will go out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Maintenance guys are always quick with any repairs ya might need. Grounds are kept up at all times. Pet friendly and safe place to live. I truly miss living there, top notch all the way around!!!
