Charming Apartment Homes in West Des Moines!!

We have enjoyed a two bedroom apartment home here at Carriage Park for over two years now. The lay outs are great and spacious! Great price in a great location!! You truly feel at home here, with the special features like in-unit washer/dryer laundry room, fireplace, balcony and garden window too. Cute and pristine salt water pool to keep cool, in the Summer! Management and maintenance has been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond! Nice surrounding green spaces as well!!

Great place to live! Great management!

I have lived here for a year and half. I have had nothing but great experiences with the maintenance crew and the property manager. Communication goes a long way with this property. They are very understanding and helpful at every turn. The price for the unit is perfect! I pay 950 a month for a 1 bedroom. Going anywhere else would easily be 1200-1400 for the same thing. Washer and dryer in unit and private entry. It’s perfect for singles and students. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and I have… never had issues with my neighbors. Highly recommend living here!

Quiet, great management, and dog friendly!

I lived here for 3 years and had to leave because I got a new job elsewhere. I really enjoyed my time at Carriage Park. Cookie, the manager of the complex is a down to earth and fair guy. He was always there when I needed him to fix something the same day. Really dog friendly place with wonderful neighbors. In-unit washer/dryer in every unit. Garages for a fair price. You won't find that in a lot of places! Very quiet and calm place. Right off 235 but don't hear the noise! I would 100% live here… again in a heartbeat. You will not find a nicer place to live for the price. It is a small place and so cute! I truly enjoyed my time here and you will too.
