Bring in the bulldozer

There's nothing wrong with Colonial Village that demolition couldn't fix. Roaches, bedbugs, trash, crime, unlicensed cars, the whole package.

Terrible

Tengo 2 años aproximadamente viviendo en estos apartamentos hace 4 meses m mudé a unos de tres habitaciones hemos tenido muchos inconvenientes de los cuales no han sido solucionados entre ellos nuevamente se rompió una tubería q hasta hoy cae agua en mi baño ya no sé a quién acudir porq en las oficinas ni por correos electrónicos nos dan solución.

Stay Away

. 1. Junk cars and trucks, management doesn't care. 2. Cars parked in front of other's garages blocking entry to those who pay rent on that garage, management doesn't care. 3. Discarded appliances left for over a month, management doesn't care. 4. Noisy neighbors. 5. Last time pest control was here all I talked to had received no notice from management that anyone would be entering our apartments. Laudry machines are down A LOT of the time. Today is Aug 20th have had no washer since Aug. 3rd… .
This used to be a great place to live, the management was great and so was the maintenance crew. Manintenance crew is now 1 guy for 4 COMPLEXES. He is great but he is just 1 guy. Management now just doesnt care about long time tenants .

Terrible

Terrible management. Maintenance takes forever to fix things mostly because they're constantly firing all their maintenance staff. Large groups of unsupervised kids run out in front of cars in the parking lot and trash the place- literally leaving trash everywhere on the grounds and dumping trashcans. There's no limits on the amount of cars. The people above us have 4 cars, the people below us have 4 cars and a work truck and another tenant have 3 cars and that's just in our building, not… counting the other tenants that live there, so good luck finding any parking spot near your apartment. Last year police had to be called multiple times a week because of children who didn't even live in the apartments causing trouble- threatening to shoot people, checking cars to see if they're unlocked, taunting the other unsupervised kids and all management said was there was nothing they could do. Just terrible

Love it

I absolutely love living here. If I have ever had a problem maintenance is here same or next day working on it. The people in the office are very friendly! Also I have never had any issues with theft or heard any of my neighbors talking about it. Also my apartment is really nice, they put in new carpet and appliances before I moved in and of course a fresh coat of paint!
