I've lived here since 2016, and I love it. I have a lovely home with nice neighbors and cute pets everywhere! Our kitten got out and our neighbors were so sweet and helpful. Plenty of space for our family, and everyone is Iowa nice.

I feel completely at home at The Fountain Apartments! Maintenance is exceptional & they are always quick to take care of any requests. Work is always finished in a timely manner. Management has always been helpful and & considerate of any concerns. A great place to live!
