I rarely leave reviews, but if you’re considering signing a lease here, you deserve to know what living here is actually like.
During my time here I experienced repeated harassment from a neighboring tenant. I reported it to management multiple times with specific dates and details. Each time I was told it would be “looked into.” Nothing changed.
When you’re paying thousands of dollars a year in rent, basic safety and peace in your own home shouldn’t feel like a luxury request. Unfortunately,... that’s exactly how it was treated here.
The most frustrating part wasn’t the neighbor’s behavior. It was realizing that management had every opportunity to step in and chose not to.
If you’re considering this property, I strongly recommend asking management how they handle tenant safety issues before signing a lease. I wish I had.What living here actually feels like

Worst Management Ever
Up until late 2022, the management here was top-notch, but since the complex has been sold, they can't even answer the phone or an email, for that matter. The office has been closed every time I've tried to go there. The pool didn't even open until mid-July! Maintenance is nonexistent. Garbage is over-flowing. They raised the rent, and people can't wait until their lease is up so they can move.
