Property manager is top notch

Had a great experience moving in and having maintenance requests taken care of. Cami responded promptly and really impressed me by her ability to stay as friendly as she is without any third party platform as she responded to all emails. Rent is incredibly reasonable.

Loved living here

I have lived at Meadow Chase twice. Cami is the nicest person and is so helpful! I will definitely move back if needed for a third time. I rented a townhouse and loved it (two different units). Some highlights: great water pressure, spacious living room, ample storage spaces and maintenance is quick. If you're a nature lover this is a good spot. There is a lot of wild life around. I know my cat loved watching the squirrels. There is a park just down the road and there are many bike trails near… by. The location of the complex is very convenient as there are also restaurants, a dollar tree and a gas station near by. Highly recommend!

Large spaces for affordable rates

Had a 1-year lease with Meadow Chase and was very satisfied - The apartments are spacious though the layouts are a little unusual (but not detrimentally so). Very affordable rent at the time I lived there (2021-2022). Very quiet neighborhood and very quiet neighbors as well.

This is home!

Giving Cami, the manager, 10 stars if I could! Cami is truly the best manager I have ever encountered during the years I’ve rented. She is personable, pleasant, answers your questions or issues in a very timely manner. Cami is a very active and involved manager, is ever so welcoming. She never hesitates to get things done and welcome you with open arms! Maintenance, Craig, also would give him 10 stars for being pleasant, timely and personable! Meadow Chase apartments are clean, rules in place… for all the right reasons and it’s HOME! Thank you Cami and Craig for all you do, it’s greatly appreciated!
