A Great Place to Live
I moved in a few months ago and have been very happy to be here. The staff are always kind, the grounds and community are well-maintained and I love my Bellflower apartment!

Great Place to Live
We had a wonderful experience living here. I have also lived at the property in Waukee and had an amazing experience there as well. Management is consistently nice and helpful. The property is well kept and quiet and there were always plenty of open parking spaces. The price is very reasonable for the location (which is GREAT). We will definitely be recommending this property and the one in Waukee to anyone looking for a place to rent. We are excited for our next chapter but also sad to... go! We had a great experience while we were here! 11/10

Stay Away
Stay away – This apartment complex is an overpriced dump with the only positive is its location. The management constantly ignores and lies about problems, and refuses to fix old appliances that do not work properly. If something goes wrong and you need emergency maintenance, be repaired to be yelled at by the staff. Our unit, was loaded with bugs including tics – we spent over $300.00 at veterinarian because of the bugs. The management staff, does not properly maintain the property. For... example, there are weeds everywhere and they are constantly out of dog poop bags. Stay away from this place.

Great Place to Live
This is a great place to live. Great location, great staff, friendly neighbors and great amenities. The location of this complex is perfect. I loved having individual entrances to my apartment rather than communal hallways. People in the community were generally respectful and quiet. Staff was always responsive. Maintenance was amazing and quick to respond. If I hadn’t been relocating out of the area, I definitely would have continued my stay at Prairie Grass.
