Going to miss living here!

I've lived at PG-JC for going 5 years. Shay and Tanner have been there the entire time managing the property and they're great! Shay is truly the main reason I moved in - when I first reached out, she walked me through what it was like living there since she also lived there. Shay and Tanner have always answered my questions and have been very understanding and accommodating. The only reason I can't give PG a full 5 stars is because throughout the years, the pool has been closed a few too many… times! The pool was a big draw for me to move in, so when it's not available, it's a real bummer!

Great complex and location

Spent two years here and never had a single complaint. Property is well maintained, maintenance was always attentive, and the management staff could always answer questions. Great location

A Great Place to Live

I moved in a few months ago and have been very happy to be here. The staff are always kind, the grounds and community are well-maintained and I love my Bellflower apartment!

Great Place to Live

We had a wonderful experience living here. I have also lived at the property in Waukee and had an amazing experience there as well. Management is consistently nice and helpful. The property is well kept and quiet and there were always plenty of open parking spaces. The price is very reasonable for the location (which is GREAT). We will definitely be recommending this property and the one in Waukee to anyone looking for a place to rent. We are excited for our next chapter but also sad to… go! We had a great experience while we were here! 11/10

Stay Away

Stay away – This apartment complex is an overpriced dump with the only positive is its location. The management constantly ignores and lies about problems, and refuses to fix old appliances that do not work properly. If something goes wrong and you need emergency maintenance, be repaired to be yelled at by the staff. Our unit, was loaded with bugs including tics – we spent over $300.00 at veterinarian because of the bugs. The management staff, does not properly maintain the property. For example… , there are weeds everywhere and they are constantly out of dog poop bags. Stay away from this place.
