A Great Place to Call Home!
I recently toured The Cunningham, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The apartments are modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a spacious feel. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool, lounge, and fitness center.
Holly, the community manager, made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was so helpful, patient, and genuinely welcoming throughout my tour and application process. Her friendly approach made me feel confident that The Cunningham is... the right place for me. I’m excited to make this my new home!

Home Away from Home
Great place to stay while on a short term work project. Holly & Zekilah are wonderful and made the whole experience of moving in easy. The apartment complex is beautiful, clean, safe and residents are friendly. I highly recommend considering The Cunningham as your future home.

Great place to call home
As a new resident I am still in the honeymoon stage. I absolutely love the place as a whole. All of the staff are great. The Service manager is on top of his game and the grounds keepers are wonderful. Our office coordinators; both Holly and Zekilah, are top notch and offer amazing customer interaction. I recommend all good people to join the community. This place is hassle free and very comfortable. If you are out there looking for a place and need a push. Here it is. You won’t be disappointed.... The team here truly gives world class service.
