Smoking or vaping is permitted outside as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is allowed after this time. If furniture has to be moved back to its original position after your stay, you will be charged $50 per hour to do so.
