This home strictly prohibits any pets from visiting or residing within it due to severe pet allergies within the homeowners' family. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
