Dining and serving ware, baking pans, pots and pans, and mixing bowls are included. Guests also have access to the laundry and detergent.
One well-behaved dog is welcome with a $70 pet fee to cover cleaning expenses.
Located in the historic North End neighborhood in Boise, Idaho, this home is surrounded by friendly neighbors, beautiful homes, and a charming block of delicious eateries and shops within walking distance. Camel's Back Park, with a playground, tennis courts, open green space, and a trailhead entrance with more than 200 miles of hiking and biking trails, is just steps away. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Walking, biking, ride sharing, or driving are recommended ways to get around the neighborhood.
Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors. No animals other than a dog are allowed, as the family has allergies to other animals; a fee may incur if unapproved animals are on the premises. Smoking is not permitted on the premises or inside the home; a $500 mitigation fee will apply if smoking is discovered on the premises. Events including but not limited to birthdays, showers, or receptions are not permitted. Check-out is at 11 a.m.
