Stress Free Living!
Since Magnet Property took over the management the complexes there has been transparency. Besides the location and amenities, to me is the communication and quick response to issues. You always are aware of what's going on. To me communication and transparency are huge!!

Excellence!
Lovely environment. They are currently busy renovating all the units. Maintenance of property is excellent. The management is very competent, always helpful and friendly, respond to queries and requests promptly and very professional. We are very happy here and will not move easily. This is my home now.

RUN
Do not move in here, management has gone so downhill, they take forever to respond, you lose water, power, and AC without notice and they don't say anything until you complain. We went 6 DAYS without AC in a heat wave when it was over 83° INSIDE the apartment and they still want to charge full rent. Find anywhere else to live but here.

Do. Not. Move. Here. Ever!
Too many things.
In short..
-Leaky shower, freezing to scalding shower temperature
-My apartment smells like smoke from neighboring tenants that smoke inside their apartments coming through the vents. Was forced to buy an air purifier, and I still smell it.
-Owners are demanding that all tenants get rid of all of their patio furniture. Even small tables, chairs, plants, everything. “Outside the 600 sq ft. walls we rent is common area and all things left outsides will be thrown away” Sorry... to tell you, but not the ‘homey’ touch I felt when touring these apartments originally, with the potting room, all the tenents beautiful front yard flowers and small patio sets. Now it needs to be removed or they will toss it in the trash for us.
- owners never around to actually talk to.
I would never renew this lease. Ever. Do not move here. I bet you’ll hate it too. Just wait for it...
Hoping the owners will please contact me so I can discuss all of this with them. I’d love this review to be able to be changed to a better one.

Love the location but . . .
I have really enjoyed living in these apartments the location is great. However, recently there have been some major problems that are making me reconsider my choice of apartments. This is an older building so the appliances and utilities are outdated. There have been problems with the hot water and the air conditioning. The air conditioning has broken many times this summer and it has gotten to the point where it will stop working about every three days, this has made for a very hot summer. The... frustration is that even when the air isn't working I still pay for it because utilities are included in the rent. Management is very bad at communicating with tenants which makes it difficult to know if they are trying to fix the problem or just keep this old system limping along until summer is over. Management is also extremely slow to deal with maintenance requests. I don't know if they are so busy trying to keep this old building semi functioning that they don't have time for smaller issues, but it takes weeks to see any kind of help. Overall this is a great location but beware looks can be deceiving! Oh and there is a huge hole on the side of the apartments facing Warm springs that was dug to fix the hot water problem, months ago, that is still there and instead of filling it in management put an old door over it.
