Fantastic place to call home !

The Franklin is an amazing place to call home !
We have been here for over a year and love it. Nyrell made renewing our lease such an easy and fast process, we are so thankful to have such a great worker to help with any questions we might have. Arthur the property manager has been nothing but professional, kind, and overall so welcoming. The Franklin is a great location with Fred Meyer on one side and on the other side a great big park for kids. Everyone is very friendly, and the move in... process was beyond easy thanks to all the amazing staff at the Franklin. We are so thankful to call The Franklin our home !

Love it

I live here since August 2025 and I love it so far. It’s clean, taken care of and the management is super engaging. Everything gets resolved quickly and repair s are requested easy. I am giving a 5 star since I would extend my lease at any time again.

Excellent management and Community atmosphere!

Living at the Franklin Apartments has been a wonderful experience. This is truly a great place to call home. Management works hard every day to keep the property safe, clean, and enjoyable, and you can really feel how much they care about the community. They even host special events that bring everyone together, which makes the whole place feel welcoming and connected.
I’ve seen some reviews mentioning issues with utilities, but from my experience, those comments are not accurate. This is a... newer property, and like any new development, it’s a work in progress , but management is clearly doing everything they can to improve things and stay on top of any concerns.

What stands out the most is how compassionate and dedicated the staff is. They consistently go above and beyond, even working overtime when needed, to make sure residents are comfortable and happy living here. Their effort and kindness really show. I’m grateful to call this place home!

Great place, close to everything.

The management is pretty awesome on top of everything on the property. They keep it clean. They keep it quiet and they also are very pleasant to work with and I saw the 15 minutes to pretty much anywhere in Boise 20 minutes to Caldwell. It’s right in the right area and it also has lots of bus stops so if you don’t have transportation, it is easy to get around .

Good experience

I am living here since August of 2025 and I love it. Great layout, super clean and everything gets done soonest request is submitted. I wish the parking lot would be a little cleaner but besides that we love it!
