The Springs of Royal Oaks is an apartment community
I have lived in this complex for many years and gone through many managers and front office staff. They have a terrible turnover and can’t seem to keep their employees. Ongoing joke with tenants on who will be in office every time entering. What they say and what actually happens is two different things. The maintenance crew is even worse. I’ve had many problems with the appliances, but don’t get repaired right away and my deposit after I moved out was delayed past the legal date of 30 days... with many excuses. I highly do not recommend anybody moving into this apartment. They’re very high price and they care more about the money than they do their tenants.

Avoid it all costs
Department management people are very incompetent. Apartment management does not care about if you have loud neighbors. No point of making complaints. They will not do anything about it. Property is very poorly maintained. Your air conditioning will not work. And they will tell you that it is when it is clearly not working. They've been working on the clubhouse already for over a year. Still not finished. If you want headaches and problems that will go ignored by the management go ahead and move... in.

Under New Managment
I've been here for a few years and have enjoyed my home. The Managment is amazing and friendly. The Maintenance team is reliable and quick to respond. The beautiful and pristine landscaping provides a serene oasis. This is a great place to call home.

I live in B104 Charles Leonard
I am very pleased with the location and with the staff at royal oaks. The school my daughter goes to is just a block down the road and the also accommodate my disability with my service dog. There is reasonable parking and all the neighbors I have met have been friendly. We have a direct email with the staff and they always respond the next morning. I haven’t had any issues while me and my family have lived here. We are proud to call this place home.

Great place to live
Ive been here about three years and Ive loved this community! The office staff are all super nice, the maintenance crew included.
