    Poor management

    I have lived in this complex for many years and gone through many managers and front office staff. They have a terrible turnover and can’t seem to keep their employees. Ongoing joke with tenants on who will be in office every time entering. What they say and what actually happens is two different things. The maintenance crew is even worse. I’ve had many problems with the appliances, but don’t get repaired right away and my deposit after I moved out was delayed past the legal date of 30 days… with many excuses. I highly do not recommend anybody moving into this apartment. They’re very high price and they care more about the money than they do their tenants.
