This home is located in a brand new, very quiet neighborhood. There is a good sized park just down the block with playground equipment and it's 5 minutes to I-84 for easy access to all of the Treasure Valley and 10 minutes to Indian Creek Plaza.
Smoking or vaping is permitted outside as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is permitted after this time. If we have to move furniture back to its original position after your stay, we will charge $50 per hour to do so.
