The open layout includes a living area with a seasonal gas fireplace (typically available October through March) and an open kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven/range, and refrigerator, along with a kitchen island and pantry storage.
This is a dog-friendly home, welcoming up to 2 dogs with a $50 fee per dog. More than 2 dogs require prior approval. An additional $200 fee may apply for unauthorized or undisclosed pets. Guests are asked to clean up after their dogs, with a potential $25 fee for left-behind pet waste. Cats are not allowed. Guests have private access to the main living areas and designated outdoor guest spaces, including a back patio with a BBQ and a private, fenced dog run. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee.
