This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring a primary bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a nearby full bathroom. Additional floor mattresses are available. The bright, open living area includes a seasonal gas fireplace (typically available October through March). The open kitchen and dining space is equipped with a kitchen island, butcher block countertops, pantry storage, a dishwasher, oven/range, and a refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals together. Modern conveniences include central air conditioning, natural gas heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a main-floor washer and dryer.

Guests should be aware that The Boone is located in an established, lived-in area near the college and a busy roadway, so normal activity including pedestrians, students, vehicle traffic, sporting events, school activities, deliveries, neighbors, and occasional campus or roadway noise should be expected. Smoking, including vaping and cannabis, is not allowed inside the home and will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Please treat the home with care and respect; excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
