The main living quarters in each home sleep up to 9 guests, with additional flexible sleeping for up to 5 guests in the conditioned bonus/game room above the garage. Across both properties, this provides main-house sleeping for up to 18 guests and flexible bonus-room sleeping for up to 10 additional guests. Each home features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/gathering space, and a washer and dryer. The two large conditioned bonus/game rooms offer additional entertainment, gathering, game, and flexible sleeping spaces. Each bonus room is accessed only through the garage and up a designated staircase, and they are heated and cooled but physically separated from the main living quarters.
This property offers ample on-site parking, including garage and RV-bay spaces. Dog-friendly with up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, and an additional $25 fee may apply if dog waste is left behind. Cats are not allowed.

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Please do not lock the bonus room stairway/doors during your stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Please do not move furniture; if furniture has been moved, a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout.
