Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay.
This home is in a lived-in neighborhood. While it’s generally quiet, occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic may occur.
Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance and additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee.
