    Balanced review.

    Overall, after a year here, my stay has been fairly uneventful.
    Pros.
    -Short Walk to River
    -Beautiful Area/Apartments
    -Secure Shipping
    -Friendly Management Team
    -Great Coffeehouse Close By
    -Clean well kept area

    Cons
    - On the high end of the price range
    - A lot of apartment visits (not normal I assume, due to new ownership, Radon Check)
    - A lot of notices go out via email over small issues, seems a lot of people living here love to complain about small and stupid stuff.
    - New construction    … close by (should be concluded by end of summer)
    - Eastern facing bedrooms, like mine, could wake you up early in the summer morning. Could use standard black out blinds in such a case.
    - No short term (6 mos.) lease available if renewing.
