Carrington Place has been a great place for me, my wife and our dog. We have great neighbors and the team that run the community are fantastic. The apartments are modest and have great access to multiple parks, walking paths and centrally located between Rathdrum, Hayden, CDA and PF. It has been a great place to live.

This is a great place to live, close to beautiful views and outdoor activities. Great place for bike commuting to and from Downtown Coeur d'Alene, too.
