I do not recommend living at Riverview Apartments. Over the course of my lease, the office repeatedly mishandled my lease terms. They misclassified my lease three times, causing confusion and unexpected charges. After I identified their mistakes, they gave me a so-called “free month,” which I never requested, and now they are requiring me to pay that back. Communication was almost nonexistent—my last email was ignored for three weeks, while other community emails were sent out promptly. Terrible customer service from management, also get ready to have your rent increased by at least 100 a month every year

I have lived in the Villas for 2 years now and for the price of the apartments here in CDA, it’s actually a great deal. We have only had to deal with management a handful of times (staff can be less-than-friendly but the maintenance guys are really nice). The appliances are cheap and somewhat troublesome but nothing crazy. Decent view, quiet neighbors!!!, great space for a family.

My wife and I have both spoken to management multiple times. In all cases they have been very curt and rude with us. Also, they suddenly increased our rent by $300, barely giving us a 30 day notice. When we went to talk to them about the sudden price change they stated that the price in our original contract is no longer valid, but then point to that original contract whenever it is convenient for them. We literally are now left with no options and are very frustrated (which only increases... when we try to speak to management). I have even tried contacting the management company directly (Rudeen Management) to discuss these concerns, but have received no response. Whatever you do, do not move in here. They will be rude to you, change your rates, and overcharge you at every turn (including not letting you move in or out on any day other than the first without being charged for the entire month). We love this place. It's more of a home than apt. The view is magnificent.
