Great Management We needed a bulb in the kitchen ceiling light replaced. When the maintenance man came, not only did he fix that light but noticed a different light also needed a bulb and fixed that one too! Before leaving he checked to see if there was anything else he could help us with - other lights, doors, AC, anything! He was very nice and just wanted to make sure we were all set. I’ve not lived in an apartment complex that cares about their property and their residents as much as Trail... Lodge does.

Fast & Excellent Maintenance Servicee We had a very slow drip under our kitchen sink and asked for someone to check it out for us but no rush. Maintenance was on it the next day and replaced our kitchen faucet that was very old, with a new one that is so easy to use. We couldn’t be happier. The staff at this complex is so friendly and helpful!

My name is Wallace Currie. My wife and I are now living at the Trail Lodge Apartments on Ramsey. While living in Texas, we leased our Trail Lodge apartment sight unseen in March of 2024. After moving in and getting settled we soon realized the Trail Lodge is more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. A neighborhood with lots of families with children and pets. The grounds are well kept and the grass is always green. The Trail Lodge maintenance team responds immediately to all... questions and requests. Our refrigerator was replaced the same day when it began to decline. After moving in we soon realized that one of the best things about the Trail Lodge is the location being minutes from everything. It’s like the hub of what is becoming a spread out populated area. It borders the Centennial Trail and we’re within walking distance to the local public golf course as well as the Kroc center and we are just a few minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene. In short they have a great staff and maintenance crew and we highly recommend the Trail Lodge Apartments.
