A private hot tub is available for guests. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night. Maximum of four (4) licensed vehicles are permitted in the driveway and garages.
Located in the desirable Sweetwater community, this home offers a peaceful setting with spectacular scenery while remaining close to Downtown Driggs, Grand Targhee Resort, Grand Teton National Park (45-60 minutes away), and Yellowstone National Park (approximately 2 hours 15 minutes to the South Entrance). Enjoy world-class hiking, biking, skiing, and fishing.
This is a newer luxury community that is still being built out, and you may occasionally notice construction activity on nearby homes during normal business hours. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No events or parties are allowed. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or on the decks; an additional charge will be applied if butts are found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. No snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are allowed in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, an additional fee may apply. Owners must pick up outside after their pet. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled/crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
