The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, please be respectful to the neighbors. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. If any cigarette butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. Maximum of two licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway and garages. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated immediately. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws.
