This centrally located apartment offers a rare combination of walkable downtown access and fast, direct access to the mountain, making it an ideal home base year-round. Walk to Driggs’ best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and boutiques. It's also minutes from Grand Targhee Resort for skiing, snowboarding, biking, and summer events. Grand Teton National Park day trips and Yellowstone National Park access are easily accessible, as are easy drives to Jackson Hole.
The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, please be respectful to the neighbors. Events are not allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, and if any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. Please turn all exterior lights off at night. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. There is a maximum of two licensed vehicles allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. No fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. There is a minimum $500 fine for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. A maximum of two pets are allowed. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled or crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of the stay. [SI]
