Once in a great while, you come across something truly exceptional, and this was one of those moments.
While driving through Garden City, we caught a glimpse of the property and decided to stop. After touring several apartments throughout Boise and feeling underwhelmed, this immediately stood out.
My partner visited the leasing office first, and I followed shortly after. Savannah greeted me with professionalism, warmth, and clarity. She introduced the amenities, and we toured a one bedroom... unit.
It takes a great deal to earn my endorsement, but from the moment you arrive at Boardwalk Apartment Homes, it is clear that care and pride have been invested into every detail.
The lobby is expansive, filled with natural light flowing from the courtyard through to the river and Greenbelt side. Floor to ceiling windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere, with a cohesive boardwalk inspired design.
Common areas feature leather furnishings, quality wood finishes, and natural quartz surfaces. Hallways curve with coordinated lighting, textured wall coverings, and warm wood tones, creating a refined feel similar to a luxury hotel.
Inside the unit, soaring ceilings, large windows, and modern fixtures stand out. Warm tones and lighting create a calm atmosphere, and the units are quiet and serene.
Each residence includes smart locks, thermostats, fiber internet, large front loading washers and dryers, and a kitchen island with generous storage that also serves as a casual breakfast bar.
