I do not reccomend, save yourself. They raise the rent and utilities constantly. Any five star on this site is because the owners are writing them. Their are screaming children, since their main goal is to build a public park right in the middle of the townhomes. The owners biggest flex is to tell everyone that she is married to the owners son. Horrible place.

This is a two story, two bedroom townhome. Neighbors next door but no one above or below so it's private, quiet and efficient. Upstairs laundry. Two and a half baths, one for each bedroom and one on the main floor. Bedrooms are large with walk-in closets. There's vinyl floors so maintenance is a breeze, there's a large pantry and an very efficient kitchen with standard appliances. Includes a washer and dryer located next to the bedrooms for convenience. There's storage closets in the... upstairs hallway, a one car attached garage with direct entry to the kitchen. Mine has a private fenced yard with very nice landscaping. It is a very quiet neighborhood, no screaming kids, no barking dogs and nice open space and common landscaping. BBQ's are permitted unlike all area apartments. Guest parking is tight otherwise a perfect unit.

Would never recommend to anyone! The communication is horrible, they don’t have good management and they constantly raise the rent for any and every reason. Never expect to get your deposit back as well

This property is decent but not what you are charged in rent for. They say its "luxury" but it's not at all. They might have quartz counter tops, but they picked the cheapest appliances, they have custom doors, so you pay $500 to replace them if they are damaged yet the carpet is the cheapest, they find. This isn't luxury at all.... The property is over packed with cars so you have nowhere to park, they say you can park in your driveway except they put stickers on your car if it's not parked... correctly. The rent goes up constantly and is WAY OVERPRICED. There are no amenities at all, except for some trashed parked they have where a bunch of kids leave their garbage, there's a reason this place is a rotating door, and most people leave after 1-year or less.
