I lived through some bad experiences there. Been trying to get my deposit back. I have several text messages saying it was mailed. No check. just lies

I moved in because the website said there were many wonderful amenities with the apartment and the building such as air conditioning and a rooftop lounge and a gym. So far, I have not seen any of these things. I don't know if they are just hiding them well or they are just the best kept secrets? I was really looking forward to having my first place with central air. I really didn't care that much about the gym or the rooftop lounge but I was really looking forward to having air conditioning this... summer. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed that I moved here. I am paying a lot for a studio. Parking is expensive it’s over priced the yard is always full of poop the management changed when I moved in and has changed again I’ve only been here three months you pay a utility card AND for power it is not all included the laundry room has been under water since I moved in I was not able to shower for over a month when I moved in dish washer didn’t work for over a month and the sink sprayer was broke for over a month I was told to call coin opt on my own about laundry so why the over price... when we must be manager as well as tenant? I LOVE my apartment here at Pepperwood Village! I live in one of the studio apartments because it is all I can afford right now, as I am a College student and it is pretty great. The managers are friendly and there are maintenance men who can come and fix anything that gets broken. The yard is always kept really nice. Our neighbors are very friendly. There isn't any assigned parking but there is always plenty of spots. I've never had any problems with parking. My apartment has a microwave,... oven,dishwasher, and a full sized fridge. The bathroom is a full sized bathroom. Everything is included in the rent except the electricity. The only down sides are that when I have tried calling the managers office, most of the time they don't answer their phone but they do have a voicemail to leave messages so they can get back to you. The other is that the water pressure isn't very good but if you switch out the shower head it gets so much better. And it's all for a reasonable price. We are also located right next to Walmart,along with the mall and many resteraunts, and in a safe neighborhood! Read More
