Other nearby attractions include Island Park Reservoir (32 miles), Peaceful Harriman State Park (31 miles), Big Springs & Johnny Sack Cabin (22 miles), Mack’s Inn river floats (8 miles), Box Canyon Trail (15 miles), Island Park Golf Course (7 miles), and Yellowstone West Entrance (20 miles).
Street parking is not permitted. The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles and one 16’ trailer year-round. The fire pit is unavailable during winter months. Being right on the water, seasonal bugs are common in spring and summer, bring insect repellent for outdoor activities. A fee of $200 per day will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property is pet friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Moving of furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle, located on the property. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose. Please be cautious and store food/garbage in bear-proof containers and do not approach wildlife. No food/drink to be left outside unattended. No firing of weapons of any kind allowed on property. No tents are allowed, per subdivision rules. No large bonfires and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. No pallets, plywood, garbage, or other debris are to be burned in the fire pit. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.
