Zero out of ten do not recommend!!

We were promised a townhouse and already signed the lease but when we came in on moving day they completely changed the unit we were moving into stating the unit we signed the lease for wasn’t even ready for availability. So they gave us a different unit and made us sign another lease and told us it was the best and cleanest unit they had. When we went to see the unit it was completely filthy and infested with cockroaches. And after weeks work orders and... pleading with the office and maintenance they begrudgingly have finally put us in contact with pest control.

Throughout the whole ordeal management has been passive aggressive not with just us but many other tenants. They refused to do their job and don’t even open the office during work days. Out of the two weeks we needed them they were only present for two days and do nothing when you bring them issues about your unit.

I have had the opportunity to speak with the staff over the phone and they are amazing. They are friendly and very knowledgeable of the area.

Good location, clean, and somewhat spacious for the price. The pool is normally pretty nice but lately a little bit dirty. Would rate higher but they will allow your A/C to be broken for 2+ months in 100+ degree weather.
