Red Tail by Baron (new)

This has been such an amazing place to live, the grounds are well kept and the pool has a resort feel. I can’t say enough how welcoming the office is. McKayla is always wearing a smile and ready to help with anything!

The property itself, I love - I love my apt, the size, the kitchen, aside from electric stoves, the pool area...I love it. But, here is what I wish I knew: Victory Rd is a BUSY street, not just that but the stone yard creates so much dust and dirt! You can't open the windows if you want to watch TV - you can't hear anything other than traffic. The dust and dirt has made my allergies terrible, I have to vacuum/mop twice a week or the layer of dust is ridiculous!

Unethical business practices which include charging long-time tenants for charges paid to the prior owner over two years ago. Baron LLC is only interested in nickel-and-diming tenants to the fullest extent it can get away with. Red Tail pretends to be a luxury apartment, but the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors coughing and using the restroom. Any tenant should expect to pay well above the published rates because they will find every excuse to fine people. I lived in my apartment for a few years. Had a great experience maintenance was quick and did a good job. Leasing office very nice answered all my questions and made the move in and move out process so easy. Very reasonable should have stayed instead of buying a house now I have to take care of a yard!
