If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we allow up to two dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. The backyard is not fenced, so please bring a leash and have your dog potty in the gravel to not ruin the brand new grass.

This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises of the property. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
