Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided.
