Beware of the Property Managers and Appliances
My daughter lived at Eden for 16 months. The actual apartment finishes are ok maybe even nice, but the appliances are not good. When I helped move my daughter out of her apartment we reported that the microwave door plastic was disintegrating including falling off in pieces around the glass. In the final move out charges, she is being charged $181 for the microwave door replacement. The answer from the property management staff was, if it wasn’t listed on the move in inspection, you are… responsible for it. So basically if their low quality appliances break, be prepared to pay for them. The apartments are in a good location but need a new management team.
