Health hazard

We had consistent CO leaks throughout our lease here and they never properly fixed the issue. Then immediately after leaving they threw new tenants in to suffer with the same problem. NOT with how cheap they are.

Respectful management

Being at Stone Brook has been amazing. The apartments are really cute and nice. The management has been so respectful and helpful. They have answered every question we have had and instead of telling us to solve problems, they offer their help. We have loved living here.

Management

Management does not respond to emails. Their emergency line does not go through. The gym equipment is always broken.

Dissapointed

Me and my wife really like our Stonebrook apartment. However ownership of the property recently changed hands and the new owners are raising the rates substantially. Our rent is going up $120 a month. This is ridiculous and will force us to move to a different place.

Decent

This was a good place to live. Staff was nice, my husband and I were comfortable, the ward is great, but we are being forced to move now, without finishing our lease, because they decided to raise our rent without giving us any warning.
