How Is This Rating Determined?

Lots of issues

We have been living in one for the past 9 months and have had issues since we moved in. We don’t have full functionality of window due to foundation being crooked. Property manager is very unprofessional, talked poorly to me and my partner even to my family members. Would definitely look at all options and really look into the unit you get before signing any leases.
