Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, and if any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. Please turn all exterior lights off at night. Please drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. No fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws.
