The property has deteriorated into a state of disrepair and neglect, with various safety and health concerns that are not only detrimental to the residents but also to the community at large. Some of the most pressing issues include:

Inadequate Sanitation: The waste disposal system is poorly maintained, leading to unsanitary conditions, including bed bugs and cockroach infestation that pose serious health risks, including the spread of disease. Our relative, who resides at the property, has... been dealing with insect infestation since he moved in, and this problem is only getting worse.
Structural Deterioration: The property is in a bad state of disrepair: the laundry room channels hot air right into the windows of apartments directly above, so residents can rarely open windows for ventilation. The corridors are smelly and dirty, with old carpeting and very poor noise insulation.
Overcrowding: The property is severely overcrowded, with families living in unsafe conditions. This overcrowding exacerbates the above issues and makes it impossible for individuals to live in dignity. There are dozens of kids playing right in front of the buildings, since there is no dedicated playground on the premises.
Slumlord Management: The management company and/or landlord post intimidating notes for the residents, threatening to raise rent if the water consumption is not reduced.

What a disgusting place! Dirty. poorly maintained, smelly. Basically a favela. Avoid by all means, unless you enjoy living in a ghetto. Oh, it is also infested by cockroaches!

So, this is actually my first place! And I must say before I moved here from the city, it took me 8 months to find the PERFECT fit for me. I love everything about the area and the apartments. First of all, everything in my apartments works and it’s works perfectly fine. I love how spacious the apartment is; I highly enjoy looking at the sunrise and sunset from my patio! Management is so professional and nice. Patty is just the best you can ever meet. She cares deeply for her tenants and will... make you laugh. I also love that I am around everything I could imagine from the gas station, to the nearest grocery store, auto shops, dr office, schools, shopping centers, Theatre, you name it!!! This is the best. We have lived here for two years and are very satisfied with the place and people. The apartment is spacious, surrounded by plenty of trees and lawns. Kathy and Patty at the leasing office are very nice and considerate, and we are also very satisfied with the maintenance and repair work the team provides. Schools are very good: Ivy Hill Elementary School is only 6 minutes walk, and Thomas Middle School is well rated as well. Overall, a great place to live.

Just moved to Chicago and this place is perfect for what I was looking for! Very spacious and the maintenance man lives on the premises which means nothing is broken for too long! Location is A as it is very close to the train. Leasing office people are wonderful. If you are looking for a nice suburban place that is close to the city, this is your place!!
