I've been living here for about three months now, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, everything has felt smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The management team is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about the residents and the quality of our living experience. The community itself is peaceful and well-kept, and any concerns or questions I’ve had have... been addressed quickly and professionally.
One standout person I have to mention is the maintenance guy Luis! He’s absolutely amazing. He’s not only quick to respond to work orders, but he’s also super friendly, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who’s consistently reliable and kind, but he really goes above and beyond.
Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here. I feel lucky to have found a place that feels like home so quickly.

Lived here for a bit over a year. Prime location for commuters being near the freeway. Quiet residence with quality amenities. Garage parking. Several elevators; minimal wait to get to your floor. Responsive and quick maintenance staff. Welcoming and friendly leasing staff. Jennifer has been super helpful from the beginning and made me feel right at home. After several years of moving for work and living in different apartment communities I cannot recommend this place enough!
