Normal check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Failure to submit ID and/or security fees prior to check-in will not result in any refunds, and access to the property will not be granted. All reservations come with enough supplies to 'get started' and not for the entire length of stay; tenants must purchase disposable items to sustain the duration of the reservation. There is a monthly utility cap of $300 for leases, and guests are responsible for any overages. For non-lease guests with pets, there is a refundable security fee of $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets. For leases, the security fee is $500, increasing to $700 for 1 pet, $900 for 2 pets, and $1,100 for 3+ pets. The security fee increases to $1,500 total for guests without pets if a tenant exceeds 30 days of occupancy, and to $2,500 total for guests with pets if a tenant exceeds 30 days of occupancy. The security fee will be refunded within 30 days after check-out date. Exterior security cameras are on site. Pets must be approved and disclosed upfront and carry an additional refundable security fee per pet. Travelers are responsible for non-refundable carpet/upholstery cleaning upon check-out. All loose trash must be placed in garbage bag(s); a $250 fine applies if any loose trash is found inside a garbage bin/can. Renters should report all observed damage within 8 hours of checking in. Refunds are not granted or issued by request; guests allow the management company opportunity to respond to concerns and/or challenges.
