the renter I contacted seem cool at first got me a application so I got it filled out then tells me he will have a walk around tour with me thru the apartment but then goes ghost on me. When I go to contact him and he finally answers he resumes to tell me that now I’m not a good fit and they won’t go further in the renting process with me for trying to find out a time to meet with him. You don’t tell a person that they’re a good fit and help them with an application then go back on your word... because the renter was wanting to know a time to meet. All me and my fiancé was trying to do was get into a place. So if you try going through this guy, you’re most likely not gonna be a good fit as well because he’ll ghost you and not want to answer. Tell you a time and then say he’s too busy on the weekend you don’t tell people one thing and then say another.
