I have loved my experience while living at the Brickyard Apartments! The staff is always very friendly, and the small maintenance requests I have needed to make have been handled very quickly. And the amenities here are awesome, my favorites being the pool and dog park!

I have lived at the Brickyard Apartments for several years. I find it to be a great place to live. The management and maintenance teams do a great job of taking care of the tenants.
It is even pet friendly.
I recommend the Brickyard Apartments for anyone looking to rent.

I’ve just renewed my lease for year 2. I love it here! The residents are friendly and the management staff is attentive to anything that needs to be taken care of. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. It feels very much like home!

I looked at many different apartments when I was searching for one in Bloomington/Normal. None seemed like the right fit in till I looked at Brickyard. The staff has excellent customer service, maintenance is always very prompt with quality service repairs, and it has nice amenities. The facilities are also very clean. The office that is onsite sends out monthly news letters to keep you up to date and inform residents about important information. I have greatly enjoyed living here with such... friendly people around who care about your needs. Highly recommend living here!

Living at Brickyard has been fantastic. The apartments are great, paired with awesome amenities. The maintenance staff is awesome and generally gets things done within a 24 hour period (although we have not needed them for months). The management and leasing staff are friendly and attentive. This definitely is one of the most comfortable and friendly places in Bloomington. 100% recommend to everyone.
