Great place to live.

Really enjoyed living here. The building is always clean and well kept, and the staff has been great the whole time I’ve lived here. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and quick to help whenever something comes up.

Management does a good job keeping things running smoothly, and overall it’s just a comfortable, easy place to live. Definitely one of the better buildings I’ve lived in and I’d recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

Incredible management team

I’m a new tenant and moved in not too long ago. I just wanted to say how happy I am with the new management team. They’ve been incredibly helpful, responsive, and very pleasant to deal with. It’s been a great experience so far, and I really appreciate how on top of everything they are.

Great Property, Great Staff

I live at Broadmoor for 10 years and it's a great place to stay. Highly recommend this place. Management is responsive and maintenance does a good job.

Great Area, and easy move in process!

This is an amazing area in Bloomington. Near shops, stores, restaurants, parks… very nice quiet area as well! Move in process was a breeze. Manager explained everything very clearly, and made it as seamless as possible. Love it here!
