I’ve lived here for a while now, and I can honestly say I’ve had a really great experience. As a college student, finding an apartment that is affordable, safe, and close to campus was one of my biggest priorities, and this place has exceeded my expectations. It’s close enough to campus that getting to class is quick and easy, but it’s also conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and other essentials for students. It makes balancing school, work, and social life so… much easier.
The apartment itself has been comfortable and well-maintained. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, it has been taken care of quickly, and the maintenance staff has always been friendly, respectful, and efficient. It’s reassuring knowing that if something needs fixed, it won’t take weeks to get a response.
One of the biggest reasons I’ve enjoyed living here is the management team. They genuinely care about their residents and are always willing to answer questions or help with any concerns. I’ve lived at UV for 2 years and my experience has been overall very good. The amenities you get for what you pay are excellent value and the proximity to campus is convenient. They also won’t raise your rent if you renew your lease early which is very nice.

I moved in to UV during my undergrad and have renewed every year through the completion of both of my graduate degrees. The property has been accommodating for all my needs throughout the years.
