Wedgewood Hills

I’ve loved living here and am now going into my second year. The community is peaceful, quiet, and very well maintained. The property is beautiful, up to date, and truly feels like home.

One of the best parts of living here is the ownership team. Loretta and David are awesome and always just a phone call or text away whenever I need anything. They genuinely care about their residents and make living here a great experience.

I recommend Wedgewoods Hills to anyone and everyone I know looking for an apartment! You could not have a more reliable property manager nor a more gracious landlord. This is a fantastic place for anyone in any stage of life. If you can find an open apartment, sign a lease as soon as you can!

Me and my girlfriend moved into Wedgewood Hills half a year ago now and living here has been so wonderful, Loretta is a gem of a woman who's always been sweet and helpful, I couldn't ask for a better landlord. The wildlife is plentiful here, we have a bird feeder out back and often see deer in the forest behind our apartment. If you're looking for a quiet place away from the noise of Carbondale, I couldn't think of a better place to be. To say we are satisfied with our residence here is an... understatement. Very nice apartment. Nice to have a large deck, and shed for extra storage.
Maintenance was quick.
Neighbor hood was pretty quiet.
Also really loved living so close to brush hill

I lived at Wedgewood for several years. A lot of college students live here so it is easy to make friends with the neighbors. Wedgewood is safe, quiet, and above all else the neighbors are friendly. I never had any issues with management, and it was very easy to communicate with them.
