Do not live here - genuinely a nightmare

Avoid at all costs. First month we lived there mold was growing on the wall above our bed and the wall caved in from the months of previous mold growth. Mold testing came after and we were unable to get any information from the actual company - only through the leasing office. We had to demand to be put into a hotel while the treatment was taking place. Then we dealt with cockroaches for weeks, they would walk in and walk out without spraying or providing any further treatment. They will… gaslight you and belittle you or simply not respond. Paint chips constantly (not safe for your children or pets). Spend your money literally anywhere else.

Great place

Apartments are affordable and good lived there for 11 years moved out and miss this place, was very nice in a nice area. Due to the bad neighbors, I had to move out.

Love It!

My husband and I love this apartment. The management is super helpful, I walk over to the office whenever I need anything. We chose the cheapest option they have and it's nicer than we expected. When we arrived it had just gotten a fresh paint job and was very clean. The apartment is spacious and looks very modern. The grounds are lovely and there's a beautiful park right across the street with walking trails. We also love the location. The street it's on is quiet, but it's within walking… distance of a few stores and a 10-minute drive from multiple malls. We haven't had any bug problems and we've actually been impressed with how soundproof the walls are. All our neighbors have small children and we only hear them when they're in the hallway. I highly recommend at least scheduling a visit, we love it here.

bad place to live in

Lots of roaches non stop daily! loud neighbor! hallway smells like cigarette and some people smoke weed! sound proof is really bad here.. you can hear your neighbor steps; sounds and talking loud overall CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE!! (bad management too)!
