Poor Service, affordable rent

This being our 1st apartment we rent out, has been an experience we will not forget. Their pricing are affordable, with heat, water and gas included but keep in mind it is all controlled. Our first winter here, at night our heat is cut off and we have to use our own heater to keep our home warm. It kind of defeats the purpose of free heat. Their office services, with some similar faces in the office, I do not feel as though they treat every single tenant with the same form of "willingness". I… get there's many units and people who are interested in moving in or resigning their leases, but first and foremost DO NOT set an expectation where you tell a tenant you'll call them the next day and 5 days later I still do not get a call from anyone in the office. We've been living here for 10 months and we want to continue to live here and bring business and keep referring people to live here, but when you get the run around and no one seems to want to help you, you just get frustrated. It would be very appreciated that the staff in the office treat everyone like they are a new applicant and always be willing to help answer questions, not brush them off cause you had a long day and want to go home.

Cheap for a reason

I've lived here for 4 months and the apartment itself is great. It's the lack of shoveling and ice control and other weird rules that ruin this place. You cannot pay the rent any way except by bringing to the office during standard business hours, the lack of resolution of noise complaints, and the inability to receive packages, even to the main office that have me considering a move after just one year.

Can use updates in the Apartments

Been here for 3 years. No complaints, Management is nice and friendly. In the 3 years never had to call maintenance. When you movie in they give you a welcome bag with Toilet paper, dish soap, liquid hand soap, water and paper towels, all put in a reusable insulation tote. They also give you xmas gifts. Downside have to pay for AC $15 monthly and if you want one in your bedroom another $15.

Horrid staff

I have been here two years and I can't stand this place. They will cheat you out of your money when they
can and spring up new "rules" whenever it is convenient for them. I can not wait to move from this place.

Great place

The Meadowdale Apartments are a great place to live. The landscape is well maintained and the rent is very reasonable. Very spacious units for the price.
