How Is This Rating Determined?

Very old apartment but still good, beware of the party house across the street

Since Smile renovated this property, it now looks better than before. However, the biggest problem is the party house across the street. If you are a person who needs a quiet environment to sleep in, here will not be a good choice. Those party guys will play some buzz-buzz music at midnight, and you can hear a deep buzz sound in the air, very very very annoying. Also, there'll be a big party every Saturday afternoon whole year instead of winter (around December to February). Of course, very loud... music will be played. Therefore, if you are a guy who wants a quiet weekend, not the best choice.
