I have just moved-in here and I have already regretted this

The entrance is horrible. and everything in the outside looks like it's under construction. Words can't describe what I have seen. You will need to check a photo yourself!

For the apartment's furniture, it does not have enough furniture. I would appreciate having a desk or a TV. Also, the existing furniture looks old and dirty and it smells bad too.

There is a leak in the bathroom ceiling and they left note regarding it. They said that they discovered it during the final walk through as... quickly as possible. They did not. Also, there is a blockage in the kitchen sink but they did not even notice this during their "final walk through".

The apartment is extremely overpriced for what it offers especially when considering that it does not even include any utility.

This is not the right place to live. I recommend you find somewhere else.
