Needs renovations!!

The elevators break all of the time. It's currently broken right now, which is really inconvenient for carrying groceries or luggage up several flights of stairs or if you have any disabilities that don't allow for climbing stairs. Mine and my roommates' closet doors were in the furnace closet??? And they were moldy!! Our washer and fridge break all of the time. Paint job is awful. The entire outside is rusty and moist. My parking space always has a puddle of water so my shoes get wet each time.... And there isn't enough space. We have boxes of stuff in the living room, and we don't have many items to begin with.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We recently started to manage this property. The elevator being down is inconvenient! We have an open work order for the elevator. We are working with a vendor to get this fixed soon. We just followed up... with them today for an update on the work. We're sorry to hear about the other issues you mentioned. If they are still an issue, we want to make it right! Please put in a work order. We will get them completed.
